Steamed veggies – quick & healthy

I love to cook and eat healthy things that make me happy.

This is a super quick – I swear 10 minutes – healthy meal idea.



cut and steam ZUCCHINI, FENNEL and CELERY in pieces. Also steam PARSLEY & MINT.

depending on their size STEAM for 10 minutes or longer.

SERVE with cottage cheese, salt & pepper and some extra virgin olive oil.
